Like every other shape, text objects have fill and stroke styles. In your case a heavy red stroke was applied. Probably that's the last style you used before pasting the text.
You need a flat fill colour and no stroke at all. Open the Fill and Stroke panel [Object > Fill and Stroke...] or [shift+ctrl+f]. Go to the [Stroke paint] tab and select [No paint] (the "x" icon). Go to [Fill] tab, select [Flat colour] and choose any shade you like.
Hi All
I hope you can help me.
The red text is Arial 12px written with the text tool in Inkscape 1.4
The Black one is pasted from Word same Font and size.
What is the error and how do I fix it?
