Beyond the Basics Font size in 1.3

    I upgraded to 1.3 and now font size is displayed in decimal instead of 12 it is  .12.  

    i went back to 1.2 but the issue followed.  I upgraded again to 1.3 and need to find solution.

    Please go Inkscape Preferences->System and hit "Reset Preferences" and restart Inkscape.
